    This is an excellent bar for biceps, triceps, and squats. Comfortable and varied grip positions. Very solid construction. Helpful tip - give the spin lock collars a few light taps with a small hammer to get them nice and tight and they won’t loosen during your workout. Then just tap them a few times in the opposite direction to loosen them up when you change out your plates.
